Mushy hair mood continues. (^_^) This time I used different brand watercolor pencil for hair so they don't look as crayon-y. Some watercolor pencils are softer than other, and they do work better with water on...but for these I am using them dry, because adding water would smudge the pencil outline. It's a forever learning process (^_^)
