Daystar's Prophecy Part 13

Duo's mind was in complete chaos as he was led through the stronghold. Solo's words along with the knowledge the prophecy had revealed, overwhelmed him and he found himself following the blue-eyed boy without even focusing on where they were going. It was only when they finally stopped and he heard a door shut behind them that he started taking in his surroundings as he realized he was once again inside his own room. Looking around to find his dark-haired guardian, he found Heero turning the lock on the door. Giving the boy a questioning look, he remained quiet as he waited for the other to explain.

"We need to talk and I don't want to take the chance that someone will interrupt." Heero explained at seeing the look on the braided fairy's face.

"Oh." Duo said simply with a nod then turned back to look around the room.

"Duo," Heero sighed, not liking the way the violet-eyed fairy was behaving. While some disassociation was to be expected after what had happened, the boy's apathetic attitude was far more than Heero could stand to see. "there are some things I need to tell you; about myself. Things I've never told anyone, not even the others. I want you to know them so that you'll understand it's you and not some dead elf that makes me feel the way I do. Would that be all right?"

Carefully, Duo turned his gaze back and studied the other boy's face. It only took one look into those cobalt-blue eyes to know that the events Heero was planning on tell him about were difficult for the boy to discuss. The mere fact that the dark-haired boy felt he could trust him enough to consider even telling him brought a warm feeling to the fairy's heart and he smiled softly at the boy before him. "I'd be honored, Heero."

"Arigato, Duo." Heero breathed softly, releasing the breath he did not know he was holding. However, Duo's surprised gasp caused him to start slightly.

"You spoke fairy." Duo said, his eyes wide. Then his brows furrowed in thought as his mind reviewed the last week and a half since the boy had appeared in his world and he realized this was not the first time he had heard the boy use his people's language. "But how do you know my language? And why did you call me an idiot?"

"Well, I guess it's as good a place to start as any." Heero said, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips. "In my world, the language you know as fairy is called Japanese, which is my native language. As for why I called you a baka; you deserved it for trying to stand up after passing out."

"Ha-ha, very funny and I was fine I'll have you know." Duo said with a mock glare. "Anyways, so you mean we both have the same birth language?"

"Yes." the dark-haired boy smiled at the longhaired fairy; glad that the apathy was finally fading.

"That's weird, but kinda neat too." the violet-eyed fairy said with a smile of his own. "You know, that we have more in common than just the prophecy."

"Hn. That's what I'm trying to explain to you." Heero grinned. "Of course, in my world Japanese is a very well known language and is spoken by many different people. Quatre, Trowa, and Wufei know it as well."

"Oh shit, you're kidding, right?" Duo gaped and, shaking his head, Heero could not help the soft chuckle that escaped him at the shocked expression on the small boy's face. However, his smile soon vanished as he remembered the story he was preparing to tell.

"Duo, do remember Quatre telling you we were soldiers in the war?" he asked cautiously, remembering what happened the last time the war was mentioned around the braided boy.

"Uh huh." Duo said, a haunted look flashing through his eyes before he was able to push it away.

"Well, we aren't just soldiers as he said." Heero stated before walking over to sit down on the side of the bed gesturing for the fairy to join him. "We're actually gundam pilots."

"What's that?" the small fairy asked perplexed as he joined the blue-eyed boy.

"A gundam is a mobile suit." Heero explained but only received another blank look from the fairy. "It's hard to explain, they're large, very tall, and made of gundanium, which is a rare metal. We control them from the cockpit that is located in the gundam's chest. Is any of this making sense?"

"Um, well..." Duo stumbled, but the look on his face told the blue-eyed boy that he was completely lost.

"Perhaps if I had something to draw with I could sketch what one looks like."

"Hold on a sec." Duo said and darted across the room to the wardrobe prepared to do whatever he could to help Heero since he was afraid the boy would give up if he felt the fairy did not understand what he was trying to explain. At the wardrobe, he rummaged in the bottom where he found a few sheets of loose paper. Then, on his was back to the bed he stopped at one of the small end tables and retrieved a writing stick before walking over to Heero and handing him the items. "Will these do?"

Taking them from the fairy's proffered hand, Heero examined the stick closely. Even though it looked something like a pencil with one end sharpened, he could not see how it would write since it did not appear to have any lead inside. However, when he placed the point down and drew it across the paper, it created a clean, crisp black line. "How did...." he started but stopped himself. "Never mind, we'll be here all day if I keep having you explain this stuff."

"It is a lot to take in." Duo agreed with a sigh as he sat back down beside the dark-haired boy.

"Hn." Heero grunted absently, already working on the sketch. It only took him a few minutes, since he was only trying to give the longhaired fairy an impression of what a gundam looked like and not a detailed description. Finally finished, he handed the sketch to the braided boy before sitting back to wait for the questions he knew would be coming.

"So, you climb inside this things chest and make it move around?" Duo asked skeptically, eyes riveted on the picture before him as he turned the paper first one way then the other. However, as the implications of the other boy's statement finally settled in his mind, his hands instantly stopped. "And you use it to fight people?"

"No." Heero said immediately, seeing the growing horror on the boy's face. "We fight other mobile suits mostly. Although, sometimes people are killed during the battle."

"But why?" the small fairy whispered, his hands clenched so tight around the paper he was almost ripping it in two as his eyes refused to leave the image Heero had drawn. Reaching forward, Heero took both of the boy's hands in his own before gently prying the fingers open letting the paper flutter to the floor. Then just as gently, he wrapped his hands around the smaller ones giving the boy something to hold on to as he continued his story.

"What I'm about to tell you will not be easy, for me to say or for you to hear. Just, let me get it all out before you say anything, hit me, or walk out the door, ok?" Heero begged the beautiful boy before him.

Looking up into Heero's blue eyes, Duo was stunned by the emotions he saw there even as the other boy's face fought to remain completely blank. "I promise, Heero."

"Arigato." Heero breathed, and then turned his eyes down to study their joined hands. "I'm not going to try to excuse or condone the things I've done in my life. I know that a lot of what I've done have been horrible but--"

"It's ok, Heero." Duo said softly giving the other boy's hands a gentle squeeze. "Please, just tell me."

Taking a deep breath, Heero released it slowly as he gathered his thoughts. "My earliest memories are of living with a man named Odin Lowe. I don't know how I came to be in his care or what happened to my parents; he never told me and I never asked. I don't even know what my real name is since he called me Odin Lowe, Jr. because at first, he used me as part of his cover knowing no one would suspect a man with a son to be a hired killer. See, Odin was an assassin and hired himself out to the highest bidder. As I got a little older, he started training me to be an assassin as well so I could help him with some of the contracts." The soft gasp let Heero know the boy was shocked by the information but luckily, the fairy remained silent.

"He was killed during one of our assignments when I was still very young and I was left to fend for myself for nearly a year; living on the streets and doing whatever I had to do to survive. When Dr. J found me and offered to train me to be a soldier, to fight for the colonies and take back their freedom from the Alliance, I immediately agreed since I didn't have anything else. He never did tell me why I was the one he chose and I never asked." Heero said, his voice completely even and neutral. "Over the next several years, he used various methods including some that were rather questionable to increase my strength, agility, endurance, and senses. He also spent a great deal of time training me to be a soldier who was willing to die for my mission. This included removing all my fears and emotions, which he was rather successful at doing. He was also the one who gave me the code name, Heero Yuy, just before I left the lab."

"When I finally entered the war nearly a year ago, I was an emotionless soldier who was completely willing and capable of taking any life that stood in the way of my mission whether it was an enemy, and ally, or my own. It wasn't until I met the others that that began to change. They taught me what real friendship was, but even then the mission was still first, no matter what." Heero explained, his voice low. Finally, he raised his eyes to meet the tear streaked face of the boy who owned his heart and prayed he was not destroying that love by telling him these things. "When we arrived in this world, I was sure it was some elaborate trap that OZ, the military group we're fighting against now, had set up to capture us and get us to talk. I was prepared to kill you to keep that from happening, but I quickly realize I couldn't. No matter how much my conditioning and training railed at me to eliminate the threat, my heart wouldn't let it happen. Even then, back there in that god-forsaken forest, my heart knew where it belonged and it wasn't some words in a book that made it happen."

"Oh, Heero." Duo breathed, tears flowing freely down his face. "Do you realize that's the most I've ever heard you say?"

"Yeah, well, I hope you got your fill because it'll probably never happen again." Heero retorted, earning him a bark of laughter from the longhaired fairy before the solemn face returned.

"Heero, I--"

"Don't. I just wanted you to know it wasn't the prophecy that's made me feel what I do for you. Beside, you have a right to know who I am before committing yourself to me."

"No, Heero, it's ok." Duo reassured the boy, his thumbs softly stroking over the back of the blue-eyed boy's hands. "What you just told me was... disturbing, but I don't have any right to judge you for what you've had to do in your past nor what you'll more than likely have to do in the future. Beside, if the prophecy's right, I'll have my own blood covered hands to deal with soon."

"Duo," Heero began but stopped when the boy freed one hand and raised it.

"We don't know what will happen in the future, not for sure, and couldn't change it if we did." Duo said then used his raised hand to cup the blue-eyed boy's cheek; a sad, bittersweet smile on his face. "But right now, I know I wanna be with you. Although, Solo was right when he told me I didn't know what that meant exactly. This is all so new to me, I've never felt this way about anyone, and no other person has ever made me feel the way you do just by touching me. And to be completely honest with you, I'm kinda scared."

Reaching up, Heero placed his hand over the smaller one on his cheek then turned his head to place a gentle kiss on the boy's palm before turning back to met the fairy's widened gaze with a smile. "If it makes you feel any better, I've never actually done any of this either. I mean, I know the mechanics, but I haven't tried them physically."

"Oh." Duo said, a deep blush burning his cheeks.

"Duo, I would never hurt you, at least not on purpose, you know that."

"Yeah, I know, it's just... after Gaison--"

"I'm not him, Duo, and I would never force you to do something you didn't want to do." Heero state emphatically, his hand tightening on the one he was holding.

"I know." Duo said softly, lowering his eyes. Scooting closer to the small figure, Heero drew the boy into his arms, relieved when the fairy rested his head on his chest.

"Duo, I'd like to show you that it's not all bad." Heero said softly as he ran his hand over the fairy's wings. "I don't know exactly what Gaison did, but would you let me touch you."

Drawing back, Duo look into Heero's cobalt-blue eyes seeing only the boy's honest concern in the gaze. "O... ok."

Smiling softly at the fairy's response, Heero bent down and pressed their lips together in a gentle kiss feeling the boy instantly melt into the touch. However, he drew back only after a moment had passed, much to the other boy's disappointment. "This would be much easier if we could lie down. Would that be all right?" he asked apprehensively remembering the last time he had tried something with Duo on the bed.

The violet-eyed fairy however, nodded his head as a blush crawled across his cheeks before making his way up the bed and lying down on his back. Heero watched the boy for only a moment, looking for signs of fear or panic in his eyes, before positioning himself to lie on his side facing the braided boy.

"If I do anything that makes you uncomfortable or frightens you, let me know and I'll stop." Heero swore and the fairy nodded his head once again.

Leaning over, Heero kissed the braided boy again, his hand going to the back of the fairy's neck tilting his head back slightly to allow better access. Just as before, Duo immediately relaxed into the kiss and opened his lips for the blue-eyed boy's questing tongue. Heero took his time relearning the depths and contours of the boy's mouth as he worked to relax him further, his hand running up and down the small fairy's side eliciting soft moans from the boy's throat. Finally breaking the kiss, he did not give the boy time to recover fully before immediately attacking the slender neck; licking and nipping down then back up to pull the boy's earlobe into his mouth, sucking gently.

Once again, Duo felt the fire racing through his blood, only this time it seemed to be burning hotter than anytime previous. Clenching one fist in the cover while the other gripped the back of Heero's head, Duo tilted his head to the side; giving the boy free access as he panted and moaned from the boy's attention. When Heero stopped however, he opened his dazed eyes to meet the piercing blue ones staring back at him.

"Heero?" he questioned softly, his voice husky and low.

Heero felt himself moan softly at the sound of the smaller boy's voice. That combined with the look of pure pleasure in those violet orbs glazed by passion caused his control to slip fractionally. Wanting nothing more than to see and hear more of the incredibly sexy fairy, he ran his hand up the boy's side letting it drift across the boy's chest until it rested over the ties that secured the violet vest; never taking his eyes away from the beautiful ones beneath him. "May I?" he asked equally huskily as his fingers toyed with the lacing.

"Please." Duo breathed arching his back slightly at the feel of those fingers just above his flesh. Heero immediately undid the tie and began unlacing the vest until he could push the fabric off the boy's chest; wringing a moan from the small form as the cloth brushed across his skin. Raising his hand back to the middle of the longhaired fairy's chest, he continued watching the boy's eyes as he slowly drew his hand down the silky smooth skin before drifting over to the side to allow his fingertips to brush over one, already hardened nipple.

The feeling of Heero's fingers was electric as they touched him and the instant they brushed his sensitive nipple, he gasped sharply while arching his back trying to achieve more of the contact. Luckily, it did not appear as though Heero was prepared to deny him as the dark-haired boy bent down and took the nipple firmly between his lips sucking lightly while his hand began plucking at the other with thumb and forefinger. Duo cried out sharply and buried both hands in Heero's thick hair as he arched into the boy's mouth. "Oh gods, Heero." he moaned, drawing an echoing moan from the blue-eyed boy just from the passion that filled his voice.

Shifting his weight, Heero managed to raise himself mostly over top of the small fairy remembering to brace himself with his free arm to keep from crushing the boy. Then moving cautiously he wedged his knee in between the fairy's legs, prying them apart slightly before finally releasing the boy's nipple while still keeping up the torment with his other hand. Gazing up at the longhaired beauty's face he nearly gasped at the vision the boy presented. Duo's mesmerizing, violet eyes were half-lidded and darkened to midnight blue with his passion while his kiss-swollen lips glistened damply as they were slightly parted issuing gentle pants and moans. Finally unable to hold back any longer, he allowed his lower body to rest fully on top of the fairy. Then locking his gaze with the boy beneath him, he began to grind his hips into the boy.

The explosion of pleasure/pain that shot through his body caused Duo to scream as he threw his head back. Somewhere in his mind, he registered the deep moan that escaped Heero's lips at the contact but he simply could not think straight enough any more to notice fully. In addition, the blue-eyed boy instantly latched onto his neck again as he began to grind his hips even harder causing Duo to spread his legs instinctively to allow the dark-haired boy more room.

'Oh, gods.' Heero thought with what little functioning brain cells he had left as Duo opened his legs. 'Does he even realize what he's doing?' However, instead of stopping to question the boy, he shifted further so that he could settle between Duo's thighs using his own to force the boy's legs even further apart. He immediately realized the new position allowed him to align their hard cocks perfectly and used this to begin moving his hips in tight circles against the other boy.

"Oh, gods, Heero." Duo sobbed, not at all sure what was happening to him. He could feel a pressure building inside of him from the pleasure Heero was giving him and knew if he did not release it soon he would surely die. Once again moving under instinct, he began to thrust his hips up against the ones above him; wrapping his long legs around the blue-eyed boy's waist at the same time. "Ahhh... please, nngh..."

Pulling back from Duo's neck absently noting the rather dark mark he had left there, he once again gazed down at the boy's face before increasing the pace of his thrusts. "Come for me, Duo." he panted then gently tweaked the nipple he had previously left off touching.

At Heero's words and touch, Duo's vision suddenly went white and his back arched at an impossible angle off the bed as he screamed louder than he had previously; his hands fisted tightly in the covers to either side of his head. For Heero, it was the look on the boy's face as he came for the first time as well as the boy's cry that sent him over the edge as he thrust his hips hard into Duo's spending himself inside his pants. When he could finally breathe again, it took every bit of strength he had left to keep himself from falling on the braided fairy but he managed to lever himself to the side where he immediately drew the still trembling boy into his arms.

"Heero?" Duo whispered breathlessly with no small amount of awe in his voice. "Was that...."

"That was part of it but not everything." Heero answered apprehensively, afraid he had gone too far. "I didn't want to scare you by going too fast and to be honest; I didn't plan on going this far but it got out of hand."

"Trust me, I don't mind." Duo smiled up at him before nuzzling his face in the other boy's still clothed chest before he grimaced sharply. "Except that I'm all yucky now. I could really use a bath but I think it'll have to wait until I wake up."

Heero smiled down at the beautiful boy in his arms. Duo's voice had slowly weakened as he spoke until the last words came out as a mere whisper since he had fallen asleep even before he was finished saying them. Burying his face in the silken chestnut hair on the top of the fairy's head, Heero could not help but feel relieved that Duo had not appeared to be angry or frightened by what had happened and as he drifted to sleep, he wonder briefly what the baths in the stronghold were like.
